Appropriates $5,166,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Legislative Information System for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Appropriates $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Assembly Computer Equipment Revolving Fund to the Legislative Information System for purchase, maintenance, and rental of electronic data processing equipment.

Appropriates $2,160,000 to the Legislative Printing Unit, $233,500 to the Legislative Audit Commission, $2,931,000 to the Legislative Research Unit, $2,489,400 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, and $1,140,700 to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules for operational expenses through June 30, 2014.

Appropriates $1,669,500 to the Architect of the Capitol and $1,201,400 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for operational expenses through June 30, 2014.

Appropriates $1,500,000 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for pension pick-up contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for affected legislative staff employees.
