Funds multiple DNR offices including General Office ($14,614,000), Architecture/Engineering/Grants ($5,525,000), Real Estate/Environmental Planning ($10,883,100), Strategic Services ($19,840,700), Law Enforcement ($25,197,200), Land Management/Education ($64,961,200), Mines and Minerals ($28,768,100), Water Resources ($8,907,200), and State Museum ($6,397,700)

Covers employee compensation including personal services, state retirement system contributions, Social Security, group insurance, and contractual services across all departmental offices

Allocates funding for specialized programs including Park and Conservation initiatives, Wildlife and Fish management, Natural Areas Stewardship, Coastal Management, Great Lakes Initiative, and Mining Safety Program

Takes effect July 1, 2013
