Appropriates $9,091,600 total to the Illinois Arts Council for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, consisting of $8,011,600 in General Funds and $1,080,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,602,000 from General Revenue Fund for Illinois Arts Council operations including personal services ($1,280,000), Social Security contributions ($98,000), contractual services ($138,200), and other administrative expenses.

Appropriates $4,313,300 from General Revenue Fund for grants and financial assistance to arts organizations, individual artists ($3,813,300), underserved constituencies ($250,000), and arts education ($250,000).

Allocates $1,781,300 from General Revenue Fund for grants to public radio and television stations and related administrative expenses under the Public Radio and Television Grant Act.

Appropriates $315,000 from General Revenue Fund for administrative and grant expenses associated with humanities programs, plus $1,015,000 in Federal Grant Funds for cultural environment grants and education leadership initiatives.
