Appropriates $26,811,944 total for the Historic Preservation Agency's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, consisting of $8,545,900 from General Funds and $18,266,044 from Other State Funds

Allocates funding across multiple divisions including Executive Office ($1,555,600 from General Revenue), Preservation Services Division ($444,400 from General Revenue), Historic Sites Division ($5,516,600 from General Revenue), and Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum ($14,200,000 from Presidential Library and Museum Operating Fund)

Appropriates $150,000 from Illinois Historic Sites Fund for historic preservation awards and grants, and reappropriates $292,944 from prior year unexpended balances for preservation programs

Provides $275,000 from Illinois Historic Sites Fund for Administrative Services division costs related to Union Station, Old State Capitol, and Old Journal Register Building operations

Takes effect July 1, 2013
