State Board of Education shall adopt rules incorporating an international definition of dyslexia into Part 226 of Title 23 of the Illinois Administrative Code

State Board of Education shall establish an advisory group to develop training modules on multi-sensory, systematic, and sequential reading instruction for teachers, school administrators, and education professionals

Advisory group must complete its work by July 31, 2015 and is automatically abolished on that date

Establishment of advisory group is contingent on state appropriation or private donations

Act takes effect upon becoming law
