IL HB4225

Amends the Private College Act to require post-secondary institutions to separately report employment data broken down by duration (fewer than 3 months vs. 3 months or more), employment type (temporary vs. permanent), and campus location (in-state vs. out-of-state).

Makes compliance with the new employment data reporting requirements (Section 4.5) a condition for obtaining and retaining a certificate of approval for private colleges.

Amends the Academic Degree Act to add identical employment data reporting requirements for degree-granting institutions regulated under that Act.

Establishes that employment data reported to the Board, used for marketing and advertising, or conveyed to students must include all six specified categories of employment information.

Adds failure to comply with employment data requirements as grounds for revoking an institution's certificate of approval.
