Amends the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act to revise reporting requirements for manufacturers and collectors of computers, monitors, printers, televisions, and other electronic devices, consolidating detailed subcategories into broader weight categories.

Requires the Agency to post collection site addresses and total pounds of CEDs and EEDs collected annually on its website by December 15 of each year.

Mandates manufacturers submit annual reports by January 31 detailing recycled/reused device weights, identified weight adjustments, recycler/refurbisher/collector lists, and consumer education program summaries.

Requires collectors to report total weights of computers, monitors, printers, facsimile machines, scanners, televisions, and remaining CEDs/EEDs collected by January 31 of each program year.

Maintains existing manufacturer registration fees ($5,000 for larger manufacturers, $1,250 for those selling 250 or fewer devices annually) with annual inflation adjustments, and continues enforcement through administrative citations and penalties.
