Amends the College and Career Success for All Students Act by adding Section 30 regarding Advanced Placement examination credit.

Students who score 3 or higher on a College Board Advanced Placement examination are entitled to receive postsecondary level course credit at public universities and community colleges in Illinois.

All public institutions of higher education must apply a uniform standard for awarding course credit to students with AP exam scores of 3 or higher and allow that credit to satisfy corresponding course requirements for degree completion.

Applies to public universities and public community colleges located in Illinois.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
