IL HB4270

Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act to add an exemption from Off-Highway Vehicle Usage Stamp display requirements for off-highway vehicles operated on private land with the owner's permission.

Preserves existing exemptions for vehicles owned by government entities (displaying the owner's name), vehicles used on owner's residential property (excluding clubs, associations, and leased lands), competition vehicles, farming/livestock vehicles, and vehicles on grant-assisted sites with proper decals.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
