Prohibits convicted child sex offenders from knowingly operating, managing, being employed by, or being associated with any county fair when persons under 18 are present.

Prohibits convicted child sex offenders from knowingly being present at a county fair or loitering within 500 feet of a county fair.

Defines "county fair" as a fair sponsored by a fair association or agricultural society.

Violation of these provisions constitutes a Class 4 felony.

Amends Section 11-9.3 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to add these county fair restrictions to existing child sex offender location and activity prohibitions.
