Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to create new criminal penalties for certified firearms instructors who knowingly provide false certifications that applicants have completed required firearms training, making it a Class A misdemeanor with no eligibility for court supervision.

Requires the Department of State Police to permanently revoke the firearms instructor certification of any person convicted under this provision.

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to prohibit defendants charged with violating the false certification provision from receiving court supervision as an alternative to conviction.
