• Reduces penalties for manufacturing, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver cannabis: up to 10 grams becomes petty offense with $100 fine; more than 10 grams but not more than 30 grams becomes Class A misdemeanor (from Class 4 felony).

• Reduces penalties for producing or possessing cannabis sativa plants: up to 5 plants becomes petty offense with $100 fine; more than 5 but not more than 20 plants becomes Class A misdemeanor (from Class 4 felony).
