Amends the Property Tax Code Section 21-150 to change the deadline for applications for judgment and order of sale on delinquent properties in Cook County.

For tax year 2013 and subsequent tax years, applications for judgment and order of sale for delinquent taxes and special assessments in Cook County shall be made by July 1 of the calendar year following the second installment due date.

Replaces the previous requirement of applications being made within 90 days after the second installment due date for tax year 2013 and thereafter.

Maintains existing timelines for counties with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants (90 days after second installment due date) and counties that have adopted ordinances under Section 21-40 (December deadline).

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
