Allows persons with a valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card to transport unloaded rifles, shotguns, or other long guns in a vehicle without requiring the firearm to be broken down or enclosed in a case or container.

Modifies Section 24-1(a)(4)(B) of the Criminal Code to create an exception for long gun transportation in vehicles, provided the firearms are unloaded and the person holds a current FOID card.

Updates Section 24-1(a)(10) to reference the new long gun transportation exception, allowing unloaded rifles and shotguns to be transported without being broken down or cased.

Amends Section 24-1.6 regarding aggravated unlawful use of weapons to include the same transportation exception for unloaded long guns by FOID card holders.

Applies to rifles, shotguns, and other long guns but does not modify requirements for handguns, pistols, or other firearms requiring case/container storage during vehicle transport.
