Amends the Circuit Courts Act to govern witness fees in actions arising under Article II (Abused, Neglected or Dependent Minors) of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.

Witness fees in juvenile court actions shall be paid in the same manner as witness fees in criminal cases: $20 per day of attendance and $0.20 per mile for necessary travel.

Requires witnesses seeking reimbursement to file an affidavit stating the number of days attended, distance traveled, and that attendance was at the instance of the State's Attorney or attorney of any other party to the action.

For witnesses required to attend from a foreign county or state, the county treasury of the county where the case is filed must pay fees upon presentation of the court clerk's certificate and judge's certification that the witness was material.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
