Authorizes the Illinois Secretary of State to issue special "In God We Trust" license plates for passenger vehicles of the first division and motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds.

Charges a $20 fee for original issuance in addition to regular registration fees, with $15 deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund and $5 into the Illinois Military Family Relief Fund.

Charges a $20 renewal fee for each registration renewal period, with $18 deposited into the Illinois Military Family Relief Fund and $2 into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Permits the plates to be issued as vanity or personalized plates at the Secretary's discretion and exempts them from the requirement to display "Land of Lincoln" on the plate design.

Plates issued under this Section expire according to the multi-year procedure established by Section 3-414.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
