• Changes the sunset date for a $35 additional fee on serious traffic violations and Section 11-501 (DUI) violations from 7 years after October 13, 2007 to January 1, 2020.

• The $35 fee is distributed as follows: $15 to Fire Prevention Fund, $15 to Fire Truck Revolving Loan Fund, and $5 to Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund.

• Amends the Clerks of Courts Act to align the sunset date for the $35 fee collected under Section 27.5 and 27.6 to January 1, 2020 instead of 7 years after the original effective date.
