Requires each school board to mandate parent identification and disclosure of student food allergies no later than January 1, 2015.

Mandates that food allergy disclosures be distributed to all relevant school personnel.

Requires schools to implement an individualized health care and food allergy action plan for students with life-threatening food allergies.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
