Amends Section 114-13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to restrict defendant access to child pornography materials in criminal proceedings.

Requires that all child pornography (as defined in Criminal Code Section 11-20.1) remain in the care, custody, and control of either the State or the court.

Denies defendant requests to copy, photograph, duplicate, or otherwise reproduce child pornography materials, notwithstanding Illinois Supreme Court Rule 412.

Defines "reasonably available" to mean the prosecution must provide ample opportunity for inspection, viewing, and examination of materials at a government facility by the defendant, his or her attorney, and expert witnesses.
