Counties must provide county codes and all ordinances and regulations to the State Comptroller in electronic format by June 1, 2015, with quarterly updates thereafter on specified dates (October 15, January 15, April 15, and July 15).

The Comptroller must post received county information on the official website and applies escalating late fees: $5/day for first 15 days past due, $10/day for days 16-30, $15/day for days 31-45, and $20/day for day 46 and beyond.

Townships must provide ordinances, resolutions, and regulations to the State Comptroller by June 1, 2015, with the same quarterly update schedule and identical late fee structure as counties.

Municipalities (except cities with populations of 500,000 or more) must provide lists of all ordinances and resolutions to the State Comptroller by June 1, 2015, with quarterly updates and the same escalating penalty fees.

All fees collected for late submissions are deposited into the Comptroller's Administrative Fund.
