Requires each election authority to transmit precinct boundary maps in electronic PDF format to the State Board of Elections within 60 days of the bill's effective date.

Mandates that county boards or election commissioners prepare updated precinct boundary maps in electronic PDF format no later than 45 days before any scheduled election when precincts have been redivided or readjusted.

Maps must show boundaries of all political subdivisions and districts within the jurisdiction.

Requires immediate distribution of maps to county central committee chairmen, township/ward/precinct committeemen, and local election officials, with copies available to candidates upon request.

Maps must be transmitted to the principal office of the State Board of Elections.
