State Board of Education must study shared services contracts for student transportation in Illinois and report findings to the General Assembly by January 1, 2015.

Study shall examine school districts that have already entered into shared services contracts for student transportation.

Study shall analyze school districts with shared boundaries and calculate potential savings if those districts entered into shared services contracts.

State Board of Education may use individual representative examples rather than conducting a statewide examination of all school districts.

Section is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2016.
