Amends Illinois Municipal Code Section 11-10-1 to require entities that maintain websites and collect fire insurance taxes or license fees to publish annual reporting information by August 1st.

Requires public disclosure of total taxes/fees collected for each fire department or district, administrative fees charged, and aggregate totals across all departments and districts.

Caps administrative fees at a maximum of 1% of gross amounts collected for each municipal fire department or fire protection district.

Maintains existing requirement that foreign fire insurance corporations pay up to 2% of gross fire insurance receipts to municipalities or fire protection districts for fire department maintenance and operations.
