Repeals employee tuition waiver provisions from the University of Illinois Act, Southern Illinois University Management Act, and laws governing Chicago State, Eastern Illinois, Governors State, Illinois State, Northeastern Illinois, Northern Illinois, and Western Illinois Universities.

Eliminates 50% tuition waivers for children of state university employees who have worked at any one or more state universities for an aggregate period of at least 7 years.

Amends eight separate Illinois statutes relating to governance of state universities by removing tuition waiver eligibility sections.
