Creates the Lion Meat Act to prohibit slaughter of lions and the possession, breeding, importing, exporting, buying, or selling of lions for the purpose of slaughter.

Makes it unlawful to possess, sell, buy, or accept lion meat or any product containing lion meat for human consumption.

Prohibits the commercialization of lion meat, including selling, bartering, purchasing, transporting, delivering, importing, exporting, or serving lion meat in restaurants or commercial establishments.

Directs the Department of Agriculture to adopt and enforce rules necessary to implement the Act and bring enforcement actions.

Establishes violations as Class A misdemeanors and makes the Act effective immediately upon becoming law.
