Creates the Disclosure of Commissions for Commercial Leases Act requiring lessors of commercial property to disclose all commissions and fees in writing to tenants before entering into a lease.

Exempts leases lasting less than one year or leases with total annual rent below $10,000 from the disclosure requirement.

Imposes liability on lessors who fail to provide written disclosure equal to 3 times the amount of any non-disclosed commission or fee.
