Amends the Unified Code of Corrections Section 5-6-2 regarding probation and conditional discharge incidents.

Creates a new subsection (c-1) defining "violent offenses" including crimes involving bodily harm, sexual conduct, domestic violence, driving under the influence, and firearm possession.

Grants time credits toward probation or conditional discharge completion for offenders not sentenced on violent offenses: 90 days for high school diploma or GED, 120 days for associate's degree or vocational certification, and 180 days for bachelor's degree.

Requires supervising officers to promptly notify the court of offenders' eligibility for time credits, with the court modifying the probation period accordingly upon notification.

Allows courts to forfeit some or all earned time credits if an offender violates probation or conditional discharge conditions after a hearing.
