Amends Illinois School Code Section 27-22 to modify high school graduation course requirements for students entering 9th grade in the 2015-2016 school year and beyond.

Requires four years of language arts aligned with Illinois Learning Standards, with completion of an English course required during senior year.

Requires three years of mathematics aligned with Illinois Learning Standards, with a mathematics course required during the final year of high school; allows school board approval of non-traditional math courses.

Requires two years of science, two years of social studies (including U.S. history or American government), and one year from music, art, foreign language (including American Sign Language), or vocational education.

Changes the applicability of previous graduation requirements from "2008-2009 school year or a subsequent school year" to "2008-2009 school year through the 2014-2015 school year" and repeals Section 27-22.10.
