Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act by adding Section 247 to require employment data reporting and verification.

Requires taxpayers receiving income tax or withholding credits that mandate job creation or retention to report employment data to the Department of Employment Security within 60 days after the end of the taxable year.

Taxpayers must report the total number of jobs created and retained, job titles for each position, and total payroll attributable to those positions.

Applies to credits under the Illinois Income Tax Act including the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act.

Requires the Department of Employment Security to post reported employment information on its website.
