Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 6-208 to expand license revocation penalties for vehicle-related felonies resulting in death.

Prohibits persons convicted of any felony involving a motor vehicle that causes another person's death from applying for a new license until 2 years from revocation or 24 months from release from imprisonment, whichever is later.

Applies expanded restrictions to reckless homicide convictions, aggravated driving under the influence causing death, and any state or federal felony involving vehicle use that results in death.

Referred to as "Brittany's Law" and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
