Adds Section 4.15 to the Regional Transportation Authority Act establishing a "revolving door" prohibition on post-employment activities.

Prohibits current and former RTA Directors and Service Board directors or members from engaging in business dealings with, accepting employment from, or receiving compensation from the RTA during their term and for 2 years after.

Exempts business dealings conducted in the course of official duties or responsibilities as a Director or Service Board director or member from the prohibition.
