Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to exempt police officers and retired police officers carrying concealed firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. 926B or 926C) from private property firearm prohibitions.

Police officers and retired police officers carrying concealed firearms under federal law are not in violation when carrying into privately-designated prohibited areas that private property owners have banned firearms from.

Maintains existing prohibitions on concealed firearms in specified locations including schools, courthouses, hospitals, public transportation, parks, universities, and other public facilities.

Allows private property owners to continue prohibiting concealed firearms on their property, but exempts law enforcement officers from compliance with such prohibitions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
