Adds Section 25.8 to the Workers' Compensation Act requiring employers to file a statement with the Workers' Compensation Commission before terminating an injured employee.

Requires the statement document that all claims made by the employee have been settled and the employee's right to be made whole has not been violated.

Mandates documentation that the employee has received all compensation, awards, and other remedies available as a consequence of the injury, if applicable.

Adds Section 18.5 to the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act with identical filing and documentation requirements for terminating covered injured employees.

Statement must be filed before the employee's termination takes effect.
