Amends the Internet Dating, Internet Child Care, Internet Senior Care, and Internet Home Care Safety Act to require services offering to Illinois members to provide safety awareness notifications including measures to increase awareness of safer dating, child care, senior care, and home care practices.

Requires services that do not conduct criminal background screenings to disclose this clearly and conspicuously to Illinois members through at least two of the following: email messages, click-through acknowledgments, member profiles, or website pages.

Requires services that conduct criminal background screenings on all communicating members to disclose this clearly and conspicuously on website pages used when Illinois members sign up.

Services conducting background screenings must disclose their policy on allowing members with criminal convictions to access the service and must state that screenings are not foolproof, may give false sense of security, and do not cover all criminal records or arrests.

Removes the requirement that disclosures be in bold, capital letters in at least 12-point type, replacing it with a standard that disclosures be readily apparent to viewers.
