Amends Section 1.19 of the Wildlife Code to require Department of Natural Resources employees to have reasonable suspicion of a violation before examining buildings, vehicles, vessels, and receptacles for wildlife evidence.

Authorizes Department employees to examine game bags, storage facilities, common carriers, and other containers that might contain illegally taken, sold, or possessed wildlife or wildlife parts.

Prohibits Department employees from searching homes or their curtilage without a valid warrant, permission, or probable cause that evidence of a Wildlife Code violation is present.

Defines curtilage factors the Department must consider including proximity to the home, enclosure status, intended uses, and steps taken to protect the area from observation.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
