Amends the Wildlife Code to exempt the location of traps or snares authorized by the Department of Natural Resources from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Applies the exemption to traps authorized by the Department or any other governmental body with authority to control species protected by the Wildlife Code.

Adds a new subsection (aa) to the FOIA's statutory exemptions referencing Section 2.37 of the Wildlife Code as an exempt category of information.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
