Amends Section 104-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 regarding fitness examinations of defendants

Requires examiners retained by the State or defense to make their notes, evaluations, and videotaped interviews available to other examiners upon written request

Allows examiners to use materials from other examiners as part of their diagnosis and explanation in reports

Prohibits disclosure of examination contents except as otherwise provided in Section 104-14 of the Code, including at court hearings

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
