• Appropriates $23,787,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for operational expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014

• Appropriates $3,435,500 for specialized education programs including disabled student personnel reimbursement ($440,500,000), disabled student transportation reimbursement ($450,500,000), and private tuition for disabled students ($230,192,400)

• Appropriates $4,574,323,000 for General State Aid from three sources: Education Assistance Fund ($574,323,000), Common School Fund ($3,774,000,000), and Fund for Advancement of Education ($226,000,000)

• Appropriates $2,088,900,000 in federal funds for Title I, Title II teacher training, special education services (IDEA), child nutrition, and other federal programs
