• Appropriates $156,928,300 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

• Appropriates $15,000,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund to provide certified incentives for conventions, meetings, and trade shows at McCormick Place Convention Center and Navy Pier during Fiscal Year 2015.

• Appropriates $8,935,000 from the Chicago Travel Industry and Promotion Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority as a grant to the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau.

• Takes effect July 1, 2014.
