Appropriates $2,160,000 to the Legislative Printing Unit, $243,100 to the Legislative Audit Commission, $2,950,700 to the Legislative Research Unit, and $2,489,400 to the Legislative Reference Bureau for operational expenses through June 30, 2015

Appropriates $1,140,700 to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, $1,669,500 to the Architect of the Capitol, and $1,201,400 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for operational expenses through June 30, 2015

Appropriates $1,500,000 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for pension pick-up contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for affected legislative staff employees, effective July 1, 2014
