Appropriates $13,091,050 to the President of the Senate (37.436%) and Speaker of the House (62.564%) for member compensation and legislative expenses for fiscal year 2015.

Appropriates $20,603,400 for ordinary and incidental expenses of Senate and House leadership and staff, with distribution percentages allocated among Senate President (25.7%), Senate Minority Leader (25.7%), House Speaker (24.8%), and House Minority Leader (23.8%).

Appropriates $9,882,100 for committee expenses, general staff operations, and debate transcription, with 43.018% to Senate President and 56.982% to House Speaker.

Appropriates additional funds for printing and office supplies ($309,200), standing committee research services ($6,483,050), Senate officer allowances ($167,000), member travel expenses ($88,100), Legislative Ethics Commission ($312,500), Senate Operations Commission ($113,700), and contingency expenses ($341,600).

Re-appropriates $2,000,000 from previous fiscal year for redistricting planning and preparation, split equally between Senate President and Minority Leader ($1,000,000) and House Speaker and Minority Leader ($1,000,000); takes effect July 1, 2014.
