Appropriates $1,613,800 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Arts Council for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

Appropriates $5,078,300 from the General Revenue Fund for grants and financial assistance to arts organizations, individual artists, underserved constituencies, and arts education programs.

Appropriates $417,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Arts Council for a grant to the Illinois Humanities Council.

Appropriates $2,012,000 from the General Revenue Fund for grants to public radio and television stations and related administrative expenses under the Public Radio and Television Grant Act.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for administrative and grant expenses associated with visual arts, performing arts, languages, and related activities, plus $920,000 from the Illinois Arts Council Federal Grant Fund for cultural enhancement programs and the Education Leadership Institute.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
