• Appropriates $111.3 million from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Revenue for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015

• Appropriates $27.1 million from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for state's attorneys, public defenders, county assessors, sheriffs, coroners, and county auditors' salaries

• Allocates $66.2 million to Chicago and $191.9 million to other local governments for additional 1.25% use tax under P.A. 86-0928, plus $33.1 million to RTA

• Appropriates $40 million for video gaming tax distribution to local governments and provides $28 million from Motor Fuel Tax Fund for fuel tax refunds and reimbursements to other states

• Provides funding for housing assistance programs including $75 million for Illinois Affordable Housing Trust Fund, $36.1 million for Rental Housing Support Program, and various foreclosure prevention and abandoned property relief programs
