Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Claims for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2015.

The appropriation amount of $2 is the maximum available, with the actual amount to be used determined by necessity.

Becomes effective on July 1, 2014.
