Designates Illinois Route 136 as the "Illinois Korean War Medal of Honor Highway" in honor of eight Medal of Honor recipients from Illinois who served in the Korean War (1950-1953)

Honors Staff Sergeant William G. Windrich, Sergeant James I. Poynter, Corporal Lester Hammond Jr., Hospitalman John E. Kilmer, Colonel Louis J. Sebille, Major General William F. Dean, Captain Edward C. Krzyzowski, and Private First Class Richard G. Wilson for their heroic service and sacrifice

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along Route 136 identifying it as the Korean War Medal of Honor Highway

Directs copies of the resolution be delivered to the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation, the families of the eight honorees, and the KW60 Ambassador of the U.S. Department of Defense
