Creates the Area Career and Technical Education and Vocational Centers Task Force consisting of 11 members appointed by various state officials and organizations within 45 days of resolution adoption.

Task Force shall study funding mechanisms for area career/vocational centers and career/technical education programs, including transportation, and consider enacting legislation to make changes to funding.

Task Force must hold a minimum of 7 public hearings throughout the state, with a majority held at area career/vocational centers, and report findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by February 28, 2014.

Task Force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses; the Governor's office provides administrative support.

Task Force shall disband after submitting its final report on February 28, 2014.
