Creates an 8-member Task Force on Veterans' Suicide to investigate causes and prevention of suicides among returning Illinois veterans.

Task Force composition includes one member each appointed by the House Speaker (chair), House Minority Leader, Senate President, and Senate Minority Leader, plus representatives from the Departments of Veterans' Affairs, Military Affairs, Public Health, and Human Services.

Task Force members serve without compensation and meet periodically at the chair's discretion to form recommendations on veteran suicide prevention.

Department of Veterans' Affairs shall provide administrative and other support to the Task Force.

Task Force must submit a report with findings and legislative recommendations to the Illinois House and Senate by January 1, 2015, after which the Task Force is dissolved.
