Extends the reporting deadline for the Illinois Task Force on Gang Violence from January 1, 2013 to October 15, 2013, citing the expanded scope of the Task Force's responsibilities.

Requires the Task Force to hold public hearings and issue a report containing findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by October 15, 2013.

Dissolves the Task Force following the filing of its report.

Task Force continues to operate under the authority and guidelines established in House Resolution 1032 of the 97th General Assembly, which created the Task Force to study and analyze increases in street gang violence in Illinois.
