Calls upon the Chinese Communist Party to immediately stop persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, documented by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch since July 1999.

Documents allegations that over 3,700 Falun Gong practitioners have died from abuse, with some bodies missing internal organs, and that tens of thousands may have been killed for organ harvesting between 2000 and 2008.

Urges the United States government and President to investigate organ transplants in China and take steps to end the practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Requests the U.S. government prohibit doctors who performed transplants using organs harvested from Falun Gong practitioners from entering the United States.

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to Illinois Falun Gong practitioners, the U.S. President, and the Chinese Ambassador to the United States.
