Encourages Illinois Congressional Delegation and all U.S. Congress members to support H.R.3207 and S.1559 (Benefits Fairness for Filipino Veterans Act) to provide Filipino veterans with equal treatment and full veterans' benefits.

Addresses VA residency requirements that reduce benefits by half for Filipino veterans who reside outside the U.S. for more than 60 consecutive days or 183 days in a calendar year, making them the only veteran group subject to such restrictions.

Affected benefits include service-connected disability care, dependency and indemnity compensation, education benefits for children, survivor benefits, and burial allowance.

Proposes aligning Filipino veteran residency requirements with those for permanent legal residents (one year), rather than the current restrictive VA-imposed standards.

Affirms that Filipino Americans have served with distinction in U.S. Armed Forces since World War II and deserve full veterans' benefits regardless of where they reside.
